Women’s Program Policies

A safe, organized, and respectful environment for everyone

Please review these policies before submitting your request. They apply to every women’s program hosted at Mahdiye California.

01 Approval
  • All events require prior approval by Mahdiye California.
  • Submission of this request does not guarantee a reservation.
  • Mahdiye California reserves the right to decline requests that do not align with its mission or facility policies.
02 Mahdiye Staff Presence

For the safety, security, and proper operation of the facility, authorized Mahdiye California female staff or designated volunteers will be present throughout the duration of all women-only programs.

  • Assist organizers
  • Support facility operations
  • Help guests when needed
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies
  • Respond to emergencies if necessary

Their presence is intended to support your program while respecting the privacy of attendees.

03 Organizer Responsibilities

The event organizer agrees to:

  • Be present throughout the program.
  • Ensure guests follow Mahdiye California policies.
  • Respect prayer times and the sanctity of the facility.
  • Return the facility in clean condition.
  • Supervise children attending the event.
  • Report any damage immediately.
04 Decorations & Food

Decorations are welcome with prior approval. The following are not permitted:

  • Nails, screws, or permanent adhesives
  • Open flames or candles
  • Confetti or glitter
  • Decorations that may damage walls or furnishings

Food and catering are permitted with prior approval. The organizer is responsible for cleaning the kitchen and dining areas after the event.

05 Photography & Privacy

Because many attendees value privacy:

  • Photography and videography should be disclosed in advance.
  • Organizers are responsible for informing attendees if photos or videos will be taken.
  • Respect the privacy of anyone who does not wish to appear in photographs or recordings.
06 Facility Care

Please help us preserve Allah’s house by:

  • Leaving the facility clean.
  • Removing all decorations and personal belongings.
  • Disposing of trash properly.
  • Reporting any accidental damage before leaving.
