Community connection, with access to Mahdiye Care funeral and burial assistance.
+ $1,000 enrollment contribution
Pay your enrollment contribution at once or in $100 monthly installments, alongside the $50 membership fee. Installments total $150/month for 10 successful payments, then $50/month.
*Financial assistance begins after enrollment is fully paid, membership is approved and membership remains in good standing, subject to Membership Guidelines and the current published benefit limit.
Family membership includes the primary member, spouse and unmarried dependent children. Eligible additional family members may be included according to the program guidelines. Dependent children establish their own family membership after Islamic marriage (Aghd/Nikah).
